Aidan has been continuing to practice his crawling and standing. He's crawling properly all the time now, and comes to find us if we're in a different room from him. He's also learned to sit down carefully, although he doesn't always remember -- if not, he just falls over backwards! (this is a good incentive). In his cot he sits up, kneels, stands, and holds out his arms to us for us to pick him up.

His two bottom front teeth are now fully through and the top middle ones are under the surface (ouch).

We recently spotted him playing with his reflection in a mirror. He's also very amused when he sees other babies on television and in real life -- he laughs and smiles when the Teletubbies baby (in the sun) comes on.

We've been teaching him to climb up the stairs. He picked it up amazingly fast, and loves it even though it tires him out. We haven't tried going down yet.

Aidan at playgroup. Aidan really loves Friday mornings - there are so many different toys and new people to play with.

Lunchtime at home. Aidan is enjoying eating (or trying to eat) a variety of finger foods now. Here he is relaxing after lunch, eating a biscuit and getting very messy!

Looking cute in his toy basket. Aidan thinks that everything in his environment is something to play with, not just his toys.

My new trike! Thank you very much Grandpa! I've not quite worked out how to make it go yet, but it's lots of fun anyway...

Aidan's first two teeth. He's worked out what they are for... they make a really cool noise when you try to bite a glass instead of drinking from it!
