I'm ten days old now! My "cold" is much better now - the midwife said it was just newborn gunk, not a real cold.
I have a better idea of what's going on around me now, and love watching my Mummy and Daddy and Aidan, and even the computer's screensaver.
I went to church for the very first time - everyone was impressed I was there when I was only six days old! It was a long service as it was the minister's last day, but I enjoyed sleeping in the warm (Aidan liked the singing, but got a bit bored with the rest). Later, I had a lovely visit from one of Aidan's friends from Cambridge - she's about to move back to New Zealand, so maybe I'll see her there one day.
Daddy had the honour of buying his office a big cake on my ten-day birthday - Alabama Fudge Cake. He brought some back for Mummy and Aidan, but I wasn't allowed any even though they both said it was yummy.

Doing what Megan does most. In a typical day (Sat 22nd) we counted sixteen and a half hours of sleep! |
| Cuddling up with my Daddy! He's alright, but he doesn't taste as good as Mummy. | ![]() ![]() Image 0045-8712 Canon PowerShot S45 1/60 sec., f/3.5 2005:10:20 22:47:54 UTC |

Cuddling up with my brother. I'm not too sure about this - I'm glad Daddy was there too! |
