Megan is now eleven weeks old! She celebrated her first ever Christmas in style, enjoying all the attention and smiling beatifically at everyone for most of the day - when she wasn't sleeping that is! She didn't seem too interested in her presents, but we're sure that this will change in years to come!
Her hair has started to grow and she now has lots of fine, fair hair coming through, and the darker hair round the back of her head that she was born with is slowly starting to come out . We think her eyes are going to stay the lovely blue-grey colour they were at birth though.
She laughed properly for the first time this week, when her Uncle Jonathan was making funny faces at her! She's got a very strong grip now and can shake her rattle, and grip with both hands. Megan has also been practising her sounds, and has even managed to say something that sounds very like "hello"!! She continues to sleep very well, both day and night, and has started sleeping for ten hours in one stretch this week. Her neck muscles are getting very strong and she can support her head for ten minutes at a time. And, after weeks of trying, she's finally found her thumb!
