This week Megan has been trying to find her mouth with her fists. She's smiling more. Her different cries are very recognisable - I'm uncomfortable, I'm tired, I'm hungry, I'm furious that what I want hasn't happened immediately! Her Auntie Elaine and Uncle Chris were down again for more cuddles. On Saturday she went to the big city - Glasgow - for the very first time. She slept through most of it, but did approve of the lovely parent and child room at John Lewis.

Second time in the playgym. She was really fascinated by it this time, looking at all the different objects and patterns. It was like a whole new world.

But it's not pink, Mummy! Megan looks cute in blue too.
