Megan Lindsay McEwan Wansbrough - Megan's Gallery

Megan is nine months old! The most significant event over the last couple of weeks has been her increasing mobility - she's been working hard on her crawling ability, can sit down (instead of falling) from standing up, and is just starting to cruise!

Megan participated in her first Tumbletots class this fortnight - it was Aidan's last ever class in the 2-3year group and Megan was getting bored watching. One of the activities was walking over a narrow beam see-saw, and I tried letting Megan walk (holding my hands) across that. I was very impressed at how well she managed placing her feet on the narrow beam accurately, and coped when the see-saw tipped the other direction. She improved noticably with each attempt. Gymbabes (Tumbletots for little ones) here we come!

We've been on some fun trips this fortnight - including the toddler group end-of-term party, several visits to the park (the big one not far from here, rather than the little one at the end of the street) and visit to the Singing Kettle shop in Kingskettle. Megan also loved going on a steam train ride (at the Bo'Ness and Kinneil railway) for the first time.

It was Aidan's 3rd birthday on July 7th, and Megan had a great time wearing her new party dress and helping him to celebrate. She gave him a doll's buggy, which he loves to play with.
