Megan is nine weeks old now. She's had a nice week with visits from friends, and spending time with Grandma and Grandpa who looked after her when Mummy and Daddy went out for Christmas dinner. She was a very good girl and slept through most of it.
She has begun to realise that she can manipulate her environment in the last few days. She is fascinated by her hands, and when she was in her playgym she accidentally hit one of the hanging toys, realised that hitting it made it move and then spent ages practising doing it again! The next day proved even more exciting when she realised that she could achieve the same effect with her feet!
Megan is also making a wider variety of sounds, including a very clear "goo goo" - a consonant.
